The Directors of Fuxing China Group Limited (the Company) are pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 25 April 2008, all resolutions relating to matters as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting were duly passed.
The Directors would also like to announce that Ms Shi Qiu Ju, a Director retiring pursuant to the Companys Bye-laws and who did not seek for re-election, retired at the close of the Annual General Meeting.
