Notice is hereby given that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of Fuxing China Group Limited (the Company) will be closed from 7 May 2008 to 8 May 2008 (both dates inclusive) for the preparation of dividend warrants.
Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Companys Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd., 3 Church Street #08-01, Samsung Hub, Singapore 049483 up to 5.00 p.m. on 6 May 2008 will be registered to determine shareholders entitlements to the said dividend.
Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on 6 May 2008 will be entitled to the said dividend.
The dividend, if approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 25 April 2008, will be paid on 27 May 2008.
